Who we are

Eviqa Ltd is the controller for what you send us through this website, and for Eviqa Assure and Assure Advisory. Calls to our phone line are handled by our sister company Eviqa Healthcare Limited, company number 17504490, which is the controller for call recordings and voicemails. Eviqa Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC262154.
For anything about your personal information, including a request for a copy of it, email privacy@eviqa.health.
What we collect
- When you contact us or register interest: your name, contact details, organisation and what you tell us.
- When you download a resource: your name, email, organisation and role, so we can send it. We add you to our newsletter only if you tick the box.
- How you found us: when you send a form, we also record the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, and any campaign details in the link you followed (such as "utm_source=linkedin"). This helps us understand which of our posts and emails are useful. It is stored only with the form you send.
- When you phone us: your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, a recording of the call, and any voicemail you leave.
- When you use this website: anonymous visit counts. We use Umami, which we host ourselves. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not store your IP address. Campaign details are held in your browser only until you close it.
We do not ask for health information through this website. If you choose to share any, we use it only to respond to you.

Eviqa Assure
The care records held in Eviqa Assure belong to the care provider using it. The provider is the controller and Eviqa Ltd is its processor, under a written data processing agreement. If you are a member of staff or a person receiving care and have a question about records in Assure, contact your care provider first. We will help them respond.
Phone calls
We record calls to and from our phone line, and tell you this at the start of every call. We use recordings to check the quality of our service, to train our team, and to keep an accurate record if there is a question or complaint later. If a call includes information about your health, we handle it under the condition for health and social care purposes.
If you would prefer not to be recorded, email privacy@eviqa.health and we will call you back on an unrecorded line or reply in writing.
Recordings and voicemails are kept on our own encrypted phone system, hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Only Eviqa staff who handle enquiries can access them.
Who we share it with

To protect our websites and Eviqa Assure, our security service (CrowdSec) blocks devices that attack them and shares the IP addresses of those devices with CrowdSec (France) to keep a shared blocklist. We rely on legitimate interests (keeping our services secure) for this.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Transfers outside the UK
Brevo, Cal.eu and Hetzner process data in the European Economic Area. The UK recognises the EEA as giving adequate protection for personal information, so no further safeguards are needed.
