Clinical leadership

Clinical leadership, when and how you need it.

A named, experienced clinician for your service: part time and ongoing, or interim cover while you recruit.

Clinical oversight, without a full-time hire

Many care services need clinical leadership but not a full-time clinical lead, and any service can face a sudden gap when a registered manager or clinical lead leaves.

A fractional clinical lead is an ongoing, part-time role: a named, experienced clinician on agreed days each week or month, who oversees care plans, delegated healthcare tasks and competency sign-off, and reviews incidents with your team.

Interim cover fills a clinical lead or registered manager gap for a set period, keeps supervision, sign-offs and audits on track, and hands over cleanly to your permanent appointment.

Clinical leadership is led by Adam Wiles, registered paramedic and former CQC registered manager. Every arrangement starts with a free call and is agreed with you in writing.
