Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their needs.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How we have built this site

  • Text and background colours meet at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and larger text at least 3:1.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a skip link and visible focus outlines.
  • Buttons and form controls are at least 44 pixels high, so they are easy to tap.
  • Every form field has a label, and errors are announced to screen readers.
  • Text can be enlarged up to 200% without losing content.
  • Page structure uses proper headings and landmarks, so it works with screen readers.
  • Animation is kept to a minimum, and switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
  • We avoid pop-ups, carousels and autoplay video.

Known issues

  • Some Eviqa Assure screenshots contain small text. Each has a written description, and the same information is in the page text.
  • Our booking pages are run on a separate system (Eviqa Cloud). If you have trouble booking, email info@eviqa.health and we will arrange a time with you.

Tell us about a problem

If you find something hard to use, or need information in another format such as large print, easy read or audio, email info@eviqa.health and we will respond within five working days.

If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
