Assure Advisory

Governance support from people who have run the service.

CQC registration, inspection readiness and clinical governance support from a team that has registered services, led them through inspection and managed the clinical side when things go wrong. Honest findings, fixed quotes and a plan your team can actually deliver.

How it works

Advice that comes from doing the job.

We have registered services, run them day to day and prepared them for inspection: as registered managers accountable to CQC, as clinical leads signing off delegated tasks, and as clinicians on the front line when things go wrong.

That means advice that works in a real service with real staffing pressures, not a folder of templates. We tell you honestly where you stand and help you fix what matters most first.

Why Assure Advisory

  • We have run services. Advice from registered managers and clinical leads who have been accountable to CQC themselves.
  • Clinical, not just compliance. Paramedic-led insight into delegation, deterioration and escalation, the areas inspectors probe hardest.
  • Fixed quotes. A clear scope and price agreed before any work starts.
  • Software that keeps it in place. Every engagement includes a free Assure trial.

Advice from people who have run the service.

In real life

How Assure Advisory and Assure work together.

A registered manager who can find it in minutes

  1. Her team logs incidents and handovers on their phones.
  2. She can see who is signed off for each clinical task, and when it is due again.
  3. Audits and actions sit in one place, and get closed.
  4. When an inspector asks "how do you know?", she shows them.

Calm, when the inspector calls.

A new service, set up right from day one

  1. Assure Advisory helps with the application, statement of purpose and policies.
  2. A practice interview before the real one.
  3. Assure is in place before the first visit.
  4. Evidence builds from the very first day.

Ready to grow, with nothing to catch up on.

Examples are illustrations of how the service works, not real cases.

Common questions

Do we have to use Eviqa Assure?

No. Advisory stands on its own. Every engagement includes a free Assure trial if you want software to keep improvements in place, but there is no obligation.

Do you work across England?

Yes. Much of our work can be done remotely, and we travel for on-site reviews across England.

Will you tell us things we don't want to hear?

Yes, kindly and clearly. A mock inspection that only tells you what you want to hear is no use to you on the day.

How is our information kept confidential?

Everything we see is treated as confidential, and we keep a conflicts register so we never advise a service where our own interests could compete.
